Auto Insurance SR22 Illinois

I just moved from Illinois to Florida. I was required by the state to carry an SR22 insurance policy in Illinois. Is it true that I have to continue carrying SR22 even though I am already licensed in Florida?

SR-22 insurance is actually used differently in different states. Generally, an SR-22 insurance policy is a auto liability insurance policy required to reinstate your drivers license after it has been suspended or revoked.
